The Biller.
Hi! I'm Quiana Craig, Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Licensed AAPC Approved Instructor, owner of a New York home-based medical billing business that I started in 2008 and owner of Ask The Biller®, an education business that provides medical billing training and AAPC certification exam prep that I started in 2020.

In 2006 while managing a medical practice, an opportunity of a lifetime presented itself. I transitioned into managing the revenue cycle, with no prior billing experience.

Working from home became very important to me when my husband and I decided to start our family. I wanted to be home and present for all of the special moments but also needed to continue to earn a great income. This is when I decided to pursue my medical billing business full-time.

Medical Billing from home has provided me with a lifestyle I had no idea could be a reality. It provides freedom, flexibility and has been very profitable.
